Job Description
As Data Collection Project Manager at CorrActions , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the testing and experimental processes, and data collection for our cutting-edge cognitive state detection technology. Your responsibilities will include interacting with multidisciplinary R&D teams to understand their testing and data requirements, improving process quality from an operational and technical perspective, managing equipment needs, and ensuring seamless coordination of tests across various projects. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring data quality while aligning it with requirements and needs. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to kick-start their careers in the field of experimental testing/validation/data analysis or project management. While prior work experience is not required, candidates should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of CorrActions’s projects.
Responsibilities
● Supervise and oversee tests and experiments conducted with car, driving simulators, EEG and other brain monitoring devices
● Designand manage tests and experiment plans.
● Maintain data database via data refinements tools
● Work closely with internal and external stakeholders R&D teams to thoroughly understand their testing needs and requirements, as well as provide progress status
● Strive for continuous improvement in the quality of testing processes from a technical standpoint
● Provide technical assistance and support to project teams when needed to optimize testing processes and achieve project goals
● Operational efficiency and optimization of managing tests on time
● Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, considering urgency, employee capacity, and available tools.
● Plan and arrange the experiments with internal and external suppliers
● Think out of the box to bring creative solutions to experiments
Qualifications
● Relevant degree: Industrial Engineer / Performance analysis or other
● At least 2 years of experience in data collection
● Experience in data analysis and visualization
● A solid statistical background
● Ability to operate complex experiments equipment and software
● Basic understanding of experimental design test principles and data collection techniques
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to develop creative solutions
● Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
● Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
● Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new technologies
Advantage
● Basic python programming
● Experience with AWS services such as S3 data storage
● Experience in data collection from AI models training
